THE PERSONAL TRAINING WORK SESSION WILL CONSIST OF 1 INTENSIVE HOUR AND WITH ONE PERSONAL TRAINER IN EXCLUSIVITY FOR YOU.

Loose of weight.

By doing physical exercise and with a basic nutritional assessment you will get to lose without a big effort those kilos you don’t need.

Body mold.

With an appropriate and suitable exercises for you, we can give shape to your body.

With a specific training program, you can strength your body and therefore you can achieve stabilization on the weakest parts of your back and disappearing the pain.

Diabetes

When doing moderated exercise, you can improve the sensitivity of the insulin and produces cardiovascular adaptations which slows down the possible deterioration of such sickness.
